meet chef abby

Falafel Tree is run by a native Egyptian, Chef Abby who helped open restaurants in 22 countries! His passion is to make people's tastebuds explode with amazing food and flavors. After opening his food truck in May 2017, they won the best new food truck of 2017 awarded by the Salt Lake Tribune and were chosen among the 10 Best Food Trucks in Utah for 2018 by the Deseret News.
